MONOS, Alejandro Landes' awe-inspiring third feature, is a breathtaking survivalist saga set on a remote mountain in Latin America. The film tracks a young group of soldiers and rebels -- bearing names like Rambo, Smurf, Bigfoot, Wolf and Boom-Boom -- who keep watch over an American hostage, Doctora (Julianne Nicholson). The teenage commandos perform military training exercises by day and indulge in youthful hedonism by night, an unconventional family bound together under a shadowy force know only as The Organization. After an ambush drives the squadron into the jungle, both the mission and the intricate bonds between the group begin to disintegrate. Order descends into chaos and within MONOS the strong begin to prey on the weak in this vivid, cautionary fever-dream. With a rapturous score by Mica Levi (only her third, after UNDER THE SKIN and JACKIE), director Alejandro Landes examines the chaos and absurdity of war from the unique perspective of adolescence, recalling LORD OF THE FLIES and BEAU TRAVAIL in a way that feels wholly original. Landes brings together a diverse young cast of both seasoned professionals (including Hannah Montana's Moisés Arias) and untrained neophytes and thrusts them into an unforgiving, irrational and often surreal environment where anything can happen - even peace.

A man who is a bit detached from reality. This film focuses on that man, played by Edward Norton. His wife is murdered and he's trapped in a bunker under a house. But his wife never left him. This man is about to find out the truth. He discovers that his wife was murdered and that he's the suspect. The film shows us some of his memories and how he deals with the situation. But his wife is still alive. This film has a lot of suspense and drama. Edward Norton is superb in this film. I believe he's the most under-rated actor in Hollywood. He's a great actor and actor that I really admire. I know that this film is overrated, but I think it's still a good film. I think it's one of the best psychological thrillers out there. It's really good and I recommend it. 8/10

After seeing a trailer for this movie I was excited to see it. When I finally got a chance to see it I was a little disappointed. There is just too much cliche material and nothing new or exciting to make it worth seeing. It is a good movie, but nothing new or exciting. It could have been better but it is still a good movie. The movie could have been much better if it had more interesting characters. The actors are all good and the camera work is good. The only problem is that there are some scenes that were cut short and the ending is a little disappointing. It is still worth seeing if you like movies about the inner turmoil of a person and you can relate to the characters. The last scene with the voice-over is not bad, but it could have been better.

This movie was the most interesting movie I have seen in years. The cinematography was outstanding and the story line was just as captivating as the camera. The acting was very good. I thought that there were a few lines that were just a little bit cheesy but that was not the case. The movie was very fast paced and kept you on the edge of your seat. The music was very well done and added to the story line. I highly recommend this movie.

It's a shame that most people who have seen this film have not seen it in its entirety. I can't think of any other film that has been so well executed, and so gripping. I can't think of any other film that has been so well done, and so riveting. The acting is phenomenal, the cinematography is incredible, and the music is awesome. This film is so well made that you can't help but be sucked into it. This is the type of film that you can watch over and over again. If you're not a fan of the genre, I suggest you watch this film. If you are a fan of the genre, I suggest you watch this film.

I loved the film. The cinematography was beautiful, and the music was perfect for the movie. The ending was a bit confusing, but that's what makes a good movie. In fact, I would love to see a sequel to this film. It's a good movie. I would not say it was great. But it was worth seeing. I gave it an 8/10.

Happening at the same time as "The Master", it seems the makers of "The Monuments Men" have been using the same themes in different ways, but the results have been equally entertaining and interesting. The central story is set in WWII when the British forces are trying to capture a group of German soldiers who have escaped from a concentration camp. The British commander, Lt. Kurtz (Michael Caine) is trying to force them back to the camp, but the resistance fighters force them to run. Kurtz believes that he must keep them out of the camp and the British commander must stop him. The British resistance fighters include a doctor (Joseph Mazzello), an intelligence officer (Alan Bates), an army officer (Richard Harris) and a farmer (Steve Railsback). The resistance fighters are captured in a POW camp, but there is a group of German soldiers who have escaped from the camp. Kurtz decides that he must find them and bring them back to the camp. The resistance fighters lead a revolt against the Nazi regime and Kurtz must make a decision. Is he going to help the British forces and risk his own life? Is he going to rescue the prisoners? Or is he going to allow the prisoners to escape? The acting is very good, especially by Caine and Mazzello. It is a shame that this was not a great movie, but it is a good movie nonetheless.
