During World War 2, Steve Rogers tries to enlist but is repeatedly rejected for his frail and sickly condition, however a scientist notes his determination and allows him to be accepted. What Steve doesn't know is that this scientist is in charge of a government project to create super soldiers, in which Steve is to be the first, but the colonel in charge of the project can't see what the scientist does in this scrawny runt - a strong inner character. Meanwhile, Johann Schmidt, head of a German science division known as HYDRA, knows this scientist and fears the success of his project in America. It could mean trouble for the Germans, so he sends a man to infiltrate and see if it's a success, and "take care" of the scientist if it is. It is, and he does, but not without Steve and his new abilities chasing him down. With the doctor dead, no more American supermen will be forthcoming, and Steve quickly becomes a mere U.S. war drive propaganda tool called "Captain America." His role is useful, if undignified, but he soldiers on with it dutifully till hearing of his best friend's unit's capture, for which he promptly heads out to rescue them. During this rescue, he meets the diabolical Schmidt, and the two become each other's arch nemesis.

It's been over a year since I first saw Thor: The Dark World and the movie that follows that sequel has started to take shape. The second film that was expected to be closer to the books, and closer to the Marvel movie universe is finally here. I am really excited about the future and the potential of this film, but also concerned. This movie is going to take a lot of inspiration from the first film, but is still going to be a new story. The plot is told through three interconnected parts, and of course it all revolves around Thor. But it all is set in the dark, bleak and completely alien universe where the whole world is under the control of Asgard. The movie follows the actions of Thor, while also showing the character of Jane Foster. It tells the story of what becomes of Thor and his relationship with Jane, while also showing the journey of Tony Stark. The movie is about time and the fact that the universe is in the hands of Loki. Loki wants to rule all of existence, and has gained the powers of the universe, including an infinite supply of Dark Energy. He wants to use that power for good, but also for the wrong reasons. Thor's actions lead him to not only be pulled into this struggle, but also where he has to fight against Loki, in order to prevent the Dark Energy from being used to harm everything in existence. The plot has some good and some bad points. The good points are that it has a lot of great characters, with some great back stories and twists. It is told with a great dark tone, and I hope that the sequel is better than the first one. But some of the bad points are that the movie feels a bit short. It was a bit too short and was filled with unnecessary action scenes. But overall, it was a great action movie, and is definitely worth watching.

This movie starts off quite well, but quickly switches gears and becomes ridiculous. This is the first "Marvel" movie I saw that was able to incorporate some real humor. I didn't expect much, but was surprised at the ending. I can't say I didn't have a good time watching it. But, there is one thing that bothered me. It has a very small cast and several other familiar faces. How can Marvel keep their name on the title? The way they are all lumped into one plot doesn't seem right. I guess I'll have to see it again to get a better understanding of who was who. And, of course, I can't overlook the addition of the Invisible Woman. Overall, the film had its funny moments and was entertaining. I can't wait to see the next installment.

I'm not going to lie, I really enjoyed this movie. I'm not sure why I liked it so much, but I did. It's a great action movie with a great cast, and the fight scenes are good. I also liked the humor, and the ending was great. The movie was definitely entertaining. I give it a 7/10. Good movie, but not great.

When the Marvel Cinematic Universe started, I was skeptical that an all-star cast, and a dedicated director, would succeed in delivering a film with a film's worth of character development and development of the universe as a whole. I still believe that the Marvel Universe has a long way to go. But, on the whole, I was pleasantly surprised. The script was well thought out, both with the story and the setting, and the characters are developed, well, they are developed. I think this is a film that both Marvel fans and non-Marvel fans can appreciate. It is a film that doesn't shy away from the darker tones and emotions that comic book movies have traditionally had to deal with. It also has a lot of action and some good humor, which is a welcome change from the usual Marvel fare. It is a great film for those who want to sit back, relax, and enjoy some fun. It does what every superhero film should do. I'd like to see this film get the respect it deserves.

This is easily one of the best comic-to-film adaptations I've ever seen. While the pacing, like with many comic-to-film adaptations, is just sooooo far from the comic book, the story itself was exactly as I expected, and the editing was just fine. I mean, I'll admit that the first half of the film is a little slow, but the second half of the film is very fast. I highly recommend this film, and I hope it's remembered as one of the greatest films of all time.
